About the role

In this role, you will manage multiple projects through the full project lifecycle across Ocado Logistics, working and managing a broad set of stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver successful projects.

You are tenacious and adaptable in the delivery of each project ensuring the required scope is delivered on time, within budget and critically achieves the business benefits.

You will manage and influence a large number of senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure the project goals and objectives are achieved.

About you
We'd love to hear from you if you have experience...

Direct experience working in a Supply chain, warehousing and logistics field as a project manager, or similar
Demonstrable strong project management, managing complex projects through the full development lifecycle
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels including Csuite
Excellent presentation, written and verbal interpersonal skills
Excellent critical reasoning, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills to analyse situations, evaluate risks, and finding solutions
Outstanding knowledge of analysis, reporting and have good Business acumen with strategic ability and excellent organisational skills.
Leading projects, using various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc) within a structured delivery process
Working with and managing a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders
Formal Project Management qualification
PMI PMP /APMP or similar

It would be great but not essential if you have...

You understand and are used to working with specialists in the use of Lean/TPM/Six Sigma/OE Practical Promoter who knows what good looks like.
Evidenced experience or improving project management capability and outcomes in a team or business
