Our client a successful agency is currently looking for a Branch Manager in East London.

Working hours:

As a Branch Manager, you'll be required to work full time

The successful Branch Manager will be offered:

A basic salary of up to £26,000
OTE £60,000
Company car or car allowance

To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have:

Full UK driving licence
3 years of lettings experience

As a Branch Manager your role will involve the following:

Attend valuations and negotiate prices
Manage the office and team to a very high standard
Maintain a strong relationship with all Landlords to help you acquire a future business with them
Increasing revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
