We are currently partnered with a global commodity firm looking to onboard a Development Manager.

You will gain the opportunity to lead a development team of 10+, collaborating directly with the Head of Architecture, and define the technical roadmap fortheir 5 Year I.T transformation programme.

You will gain the opportunity to work closely to product teams and define their technical build, and be key to advancing their trading systems.

Being hands on, you will build these solutions in collaboration with multi-functional teams.

The team has a reputation of a highly technical team of diverse individuals employing recent technologies and practises for thisdynamic market.

The Role:

You will enjoy being integral to driving the business forward through supporting technical solutions and facing off to internal business users, whilst having responsibility of day to day deliverables and maintaining the current software estate.

There are multiple projects ongoing that require an experienced developer to effectively manage deadlines, resources, and skillsets across them to ensure the smooth execution of their transformation programme.

Role responsibilities:

Working closely with the core leadership team on implementation of technology and modern platforms.
Managing the technical implementation.
Developing bespoke software and technologies associated with ETRM systems
Responsibility for scoping requirements and ensuring effective coordination across the SDLC.
