Hospitality Assistant to be a part of our integral team at
30 Fenchurch Street, EC3M 3BD

Full time 40 hours per week, Monday
Friday
Shift times ranging between 7am6pm, on occasion till 9pm

What you'll be doing

Required to be flexible according to business requirements.

The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:

Provide hospitality service to both internal and external clients
Delivery of hospitality refreshments to meeting rooms
Working well alongside a great team
Ensuring correct items and information are delivered to the clients (allergen information, labelling etc)
Client focus providing excellent customer service at all times
General on the go cleaning, front and back of house
Follow food hygiene and safety procedures at all times
Preparation of any other public facing areas as required
Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
