Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance.
You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to customers via various face to face channels.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide clear instructions
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Proficient in data entry and ability to accurately enter customer information into systems
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer interactions
