Description

Butler Rose is delighted to be partnering with a fast growing and highly successful organisation in Devon to recruit a Finance Director on a permanent basis.


This is a key leadership role where you will work across the wider organisation to support business growth, making a significant contribution to business strategy.


Key duties will include:

  • Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and data analysis
  • Preparation of reports using relevant data to inform business decisions
  • Ensure adherence with statutory regulations and legislation
  • Cash flow management
  • Lead and develop finance team including training, guidance and mentoring
  • Key point of contact for external bodies such as banks
  • Business partner with nonfinance departments
  • Ensure strong financial controls and procedures are in place at all times
  • Involvement in transformation projects
  • Other duties as required to carry out the role effectively
