We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient focused medicines counter assistant to work within a high paced environment to help us drive forward our growing business.

Pay negotiable depending on experience
- a Medicines Counter Assistant qualification, however training will be given

Experience within a pharmacy environment
Good customer service
Hardworking
Able to take direction
Be forward thinking
Able to work efficiently and effectively within a team
Be able to work on their feet for a prolonged period of time
Be able to understand and implement services which are integral to the companies growth

Responsibilities

Taking in and handing out prescriptions
Proactive approach to the new Pharmacy First scheme
Using a computer to generate stock lists and orders
Receiving and loading deliveries
Selling over the counter medicines
Dealing with customer queries and where required referring to the pharmacist
