13-month contract starting late July 2026

We've created an exciting opportunity for a Chemistry student to join our R&D team for 13 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience throughout the product development life cycle.

You'll be joining a fast-paced organisation with full support and mentoring from our experienced Scientists.

What can you expect to be doing?
Conduct testing using agreed in-house or industry standard methodologies to assess products/formulations
Record results and experimental data to discuss with the team ensuring data is reported on using agreed templates
Contribute to maintaining health & safety requirements in the lab by managing chemical and maintaining equipment
Assist in managing documentation for Quality Management Systems ( QMS) requirements
Support research projects through comprehensive literature searches

What will you need to be successful?
Studying towards a Chemistry, or other relevant life sciences degree.
Motivated work ethic with a self-starter mentality.
A team player spirit You'll be helping and learning from lots of different people.
Excellent communication skills both with scientists and non-scientists.
An appetite to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Effective organisation skills, with a structured approach to prioritisation
