Job Description
This role is based in our concession located in Harrods, London.
Fiskars Group are currently looking for a full time Sales Associate to join our team within our concession at Harrods to:
deliver the highest standards of customer service by carrying out the role of ambassador for our products and brands-
share product knowledge with customers to maximise sales and to promote repeat business-
maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and visual merchandising-
have strong selling skills to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
Previous experience of working within a retail environment-
Previous experience of working for a luxury brand-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that demonstrate enthusiasm
The role is full time, working 39 hours per week over 5 days, to include evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
