Description

Furniture Sales Assistant

Duties:

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
Sort through donations, clean and price them for display in the warehouse.

Move furniture donations to maintain a tidy shop floor.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system

Book in deliveries of large furniture items.
Assess donations for suitability for the project.
Assist in creating visually appealing displays to attract customers
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math skills
The energy to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
