Consistent approach and use of systems in the planning and monitoring progress of campaignsConsolidation of activity readiness data form all functions
Timely production and update of campaign plans reflecting each functions input
Timely submission of campaign activities for integration in IAP plans
Production and distribution of all materials - plans and action trackers prior to meeting Facilitation of camping planning meetings - follow up actions and plan updates
Process compliance and campaign performance tracking - Production and distribution of campaign KPIs trackers with relevant stakeholders - Develop and share Campaign Plans Consolidate activity information from all functions into campaign draft plans
Prepare and manage campaign readiness progress in Unifier - Liaise with campaign team and JO's to group/sequence activities - Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts by working with Campaign Coordinator, Maintenance Planner and functions
Prepare materials and support facilitation of campaign meetings
Create and prepare scenarios to support arbitration during campaign meetings
Issue plans and actions to relevant stakeholders
Ensure planning meetings and all stakeholders adhere to Campaign process
Challenge non-conforming activities both in planning meeting and in Campaign tool Updating progress on existing project plans and working with stakeholders.
Desired Qualities/Qualifications:
Extensive years of maintenance or TAR planning experience with an Oil and Gas Operator Track record of excellence in turnaround planning preferred
Proficient in Primavera P6 and prior experience in SAP
Highly organised and digitally able individual Desirable
Project planning experience - Understanding of offshore operations Behavioural Traits Writes, speaks and presents information effectively and persuasively across communication settings
Pursues work with energy, drive and results orientation to positively impacts the business success
Works in partnership with other and encourages different perspectives, while building and maintaining trust
Willingness and ability to align one's behaviour with the needs, priorities, and goals of the company
