TSR Legal are proud to be working with a Legal 500 firm who is seeking to recruit an ambitious Corporate Associate with - 6 years PQE to support the continued growth and development of the team in Bristol or Exeter, ranked by Chambers and Partners in Band 1 in the South West for Corporate/M&A: Lower Mid-Market work.


You will be supported to develop your knowledge and expertise across the sectors, building relationships with a variety of clients encompassing private equity, venture capital and other funds, as well as public and private companies.

Who you are


Having trained with a similar sized regional or City law firm, you will be a strong communicator with sound technical and organisational skills.

With the desire to work for a first class team, you will be focused on delivering exceptional client service, with a sound understanding of mergers, acquisitions, venture capital and private equity.


You will have a good eye for detail and able to effectively work under pressure, whilst having an interest in a specific aspect of Corporate law or sector such as Technology, Energy, Healthcare, Digital Health and Life Sciences or will have experience working in a similar sectors or subsectors.


Above all, you will demonstrate the ambition and enthusiasm to continually build upon your experience, whilst having a client orientated approach and strong team skills and possess the drive to continue to contribute to the future success of the firm.
