This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join MS Gold Partner company at a time of rapid growth and success and make a real difference on significant long-term projects.


_Role & Responsibilities_

  • Leading or participating in business discovery and requirements sessions with key stakeholders, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system.
  • Analyse the client's business, developing an understanding of their business objectives, and identify efficient ways CRM will add value to their business.
  • Generate estimates for implementation tasks.
  • Assist the PMO team with Planning and executing the implementation of CRM, providing regular progress updates to the client.
  • Configuration and Customisation of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform
  • Conduct solution testing and assist the client with user acceptance testing
  • Proactively lead with best practices throughout the system implementation
  • Inspire and guide new and existing clients on the integration and use of CRM and CRM updates
  • Plan and execute data migration activities including the build of data migration profiles
  • Run training workshops to introduce CRM to employees on client sites.

_Skills & Qualifications_

  • Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience
  • Ideally with Dynamics 365 and Knowledge of CRM usage in Browsers, Outlook, Tablet and Mobile Applications.
  • Experience in working full project life cycles
  • Experience in implementing the latest version on Dynamics CRM / 36
  • Experience in working different levels of projects, ranging from End User projects, to Microsoft Partner projects.
  • Experience in gathering requirements, and dealing with different levels of Stakeholders
  • Good Knowledge and understanding of writing specifications
  • Knowledge of JavaScript/ Jira
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of Customisation and Configuration (Dynamics)
