Our Advisors are at the front line helping our customers with a number of various issues that may arise and so this role is absolutely vital that we have helpful, empathic people listening to our customers and resolving their problems within a timely manner.

You will be based in our modern and spacious offices within the heart of Hatfield Business Park with on-site bistro and parking facilities.

The responsibilities:

To provide an excellent customer experience by making outbound operational telephone calls to customers relating to water supply issues/works outside their property
To meet and exceed customer needs by identifying appropriate solutions keeping them informed of progress and ensuring a full and timely resolution
Update customer records to regulatory requirements to ensure accurate information is captured
Escalate any potential operational incidents to the duty Team Leader to ensure effective communication to our customers is maintained
