Salary Package - Up to £70k + £30k OTE + Car Allowance + Strong Benefits

This role is to drive sales of SCC's Document Services Workflow proposition in to new and existing customer base.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive and own the Document Workflow proposition, maximizing opportunities in new and existing customers by working closely with the sales and account management communities
  • Deliver the expected revenue and margin for Document Services inline with the budgetary targets
  • Log and update opportunities in Salesforce detailing activity, deal revenue/gross margin, win probability and close date
  • Using Salesforce, provide regular updates and forecasts of opportunity pipeline to the Commercial Director
  • Business process mapping, reengineering and design to optimize customer's business processes and workflow
  • Work closely with the project and IT professional services teams to ensure a smooth transition and handover from high level design to implementation
  • Support ongoing refinement and evolution of the SCC Workflow solutions portfolio and value proposition that supports both the current and future growth of the business.
  • Ensure that documentation in reference to proposals, bids and designs are of high quality

Key Skills & Experiences:

Product knowledge of at least one or more leading workflow products such as Hyland Onbase, Doxis, Docuware, Alfresco, Nuxeo, M-File etc

  • Has delivered workflow solutions into customers such as Invoice Automation, HR onboarding, Contract Management, Records Management
  • Experience in dealing with mid to large enterprise customers in both the commercial and public sector
  • Confident and professional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 in order to deliver high quality proposals, presentations and commercial models
  • At least two years' experience in a similar role with demonstrable results
  • Reengineer / design business processes in order to define the solution requirements
  • Selfmotivated, reliable, personable individual with the ability to show effective enthusiasm
  • Must endeavor to maintain product knowledge by selfstudy and formal training
  • Commercially aware of how they contribute to the wider business success
  • Must be risk aware and understand the strategies for managing risk
  • Able to complete all tasks and objectives assigned within agreed timescales
