Were on the hunt for a Business Development Manager to join a Digital Solutions Business based in Manchester. Youll be proud to be working with some of the biggest household names and blue-chip enterprises as well as the public sector. The startingsalary is paying up to £50,000 depending on your experience, the role involves field sales and offers hybrid working.

What will you be doing as a Business Development Manager?

  • Youll be selling a wide range of Audio-Visual solutions and services, both directly and indirectly.
  • Create and execute AV profitable business plans in collaboration with the sales leadership team.
  • Establish relationships with existing and new clients, partners, and manufacturers.
  • Ensure adequate pipeline coverage across the nominated target territory and be proficient in maintaining customer records in the CRM system.
  • Maximise Sales Efficiency & Effectiveness through the right enablement and solution support.
  • Be the voice of the customer when liaising back with the Businesses supporting teams.
  • Lead engagement with alliance partners to build differentiated solutions & campaigns.
  • As Business Development Manager, you will work at a strategic level with the Business. You will be responsible for cocreating, implementing, and iterating the Go-ToMarket strategy developed for your clients, following a proven framework (MEDDICC).

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Deep understanding of the Audio-Visual Industry services and solutions market, business management, sales challenges, and strategies.
  • Typically, 5+ years of directly experienced in solution sales with a strong and demonstrable background of target achievement within the AV Industry. Ideally, you will have either worked with a systems integration business or are looking to move from a distributionbusiness to a frontline enduser role.
  • Reach out to customers and generate customer leads.
  • Achieve targets and outcomes and manage sales forecasts.
  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills.
  • Experienced in highly developed consultative approach, solution selling, and business development skills.
  • Business planning skills; initiating strategic and tactical plans for success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Initiative.
  • Confident.
  • Honesty.
  • A business and customeroriented team player, with the ability to form alliances across the supply chain.

What youll get in return as a Business Development Manager?- Starting salary up to £50,000 depending on your experience.

  • 10% commission on anything you make once you have hit the threshold.
  • Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
