To achieve our ambitious growth objectives, we are seeking an exceptional manager to spearhead our customer success function consisting of our solution architecture and customer success management team.


As the leader in this position, you will support the development of the function's strategy and oversee daily collaboration with sales teams, product management, cloud and cyber engineering teams.

Your expertise will also make you a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on cloud and technology-related decisions.

Additionally, you will orchestrate technical interactions with our most significant customers and partners, focusing on designing the scope of cloud migrations and solution delivery.


Qualifications

The Head of Cloud Solutions should possess:

  • Degree in a relevant field or be able to demonstrate equivalent work experience.
  • Azure, AWS, Microsoft, VMWare, Linux, or similar certifications
  • Extensive Public Cloud experience in either Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Developing presales engagements with new and existing customers supporting their successful cloud transformation journey.
  • Developing our customer success management team, acting as the voice of the customer you will support the development of deep customer relationships to drive renewals while supporting the identification of opportunities to develop customer growth.
  • Establishing strong and enduring relationships with Microsoft Partner Success and Account Management Teams and developing our existing and robust AWS relationship
  • Upholding the highest levels of Microsoft certifications and accreditations working towards achieving the Microsoft Azure Expert MSP level.
  • Leading customerfacing sales and technical engagements to highlight the benefits of cloud computing and the detailed engagement/transformation methodology.
  • Leading a team in creating and presenting comprehensive customer RFPs, RFIs, and SoWs as part of the sales cycle.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the technology marketplace, trends, and innovative solutions.
  • Collaborating with all business units and our existing client base to identify upsell and crosssell opportunities.
  • Meeting personal KPIs and goaloriented objectives while working within best practice frameworks.
  • Developing and maintaining technical skills to provide thought leadership and expertise to clients.

About you:


  • You should have a proven track record in creating, developing, and/or modernizing a cloud practice with a focus on the Microsoft Azure platform within a reseller/solution provider environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in architecting and providing technical presales/solution architecture capabilities within customerfacing sales cycles.
  • Deep knowledge and certifications related to the Microsoft Azure platform, such as Microsoft Azure Expert-Level certifications.
  • Broad technical knowledge encompassing all aspects of Cloud & Datacentre and Modern Workplace, including Azure SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, M365, VMware and Microsoft.
  • Cybersecurity and network engineering presales experience are advantageous but advanced support will be provided.
  • This is a fulltime, permanent position, working 35 hours per week. This is a hybrid role offering a blend of home and office working from our Dundee Office.
