Description
We are seeking for a highly motivated, experienced, and organised Team Administrator to join the Continuing Healthcare (CHC) Team in North West London.
You will be a key contributor in supporting the whole CHC Team within the North West London area and provide excellent business support and assistance to the Assistant Director of CHC, Performance Manager and Senior Management Team.
The post holder will have responsibility for managing, updating and maintaining administration systems, assisting the day to day coordination of the Assistant Director's schedule, completing letters and answering telephone calls, minute taking, assisting with Freedom of Information requests (FOI) and Subject Access Requests (SAR).
In addition, the post holder will support with monthly reporting and processes to maintain the accuracy and integrity of data within the patient management systems.
