Join Our Team as an IT Project Co-Ordinator


Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for navigating the intricacies of IT projects? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your organizational prowess and people skills make a difference? We're seeking an IT Project Co-Ordinator to join us on a 6-month contract, offering a predominantly remote-based role with occasional travel to our Suffolk head office.

Key Responsibilities:


End User Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, empathetically addressing their concerns and swiftly resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborative Liaison: Facilitate seamless communication between various IT teams, bridging gaps and ensuring alignment to project goals.

Support to Project Manager: Assist the project manager in executing plans, tracking progress, and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.

Meeting Documentation: Capture and document meeting minutes, ensuring accurate records and clear action items for all stakeholders.

Reporting and BAU Tasks: Contribute to regular reporting activities and assist in the completion of Business as Usual (BAU) tasks to uphold operational efficiency


Requirements:


IT Environment Experience:
Prior experience working in IT environments is highly desirable, enabling you to navigate technical complexities with confidence.

Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills are a must, allowing you to effectively engage with end users, team members, and stakeholders alike.

Organizational Agility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with precision.

Duration: 6-month contract

Location: Predominantly remote-based with occasional travel to Suffolk head office

Rate: £250 - £300 per day (If Outside IR35)
