About the Pub Chestnut Tree has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant/Bar Duty Manager. The pub has a very modern feel with a separate family dining area, which includes fantastic booth seating with TV's to keep the kids entertained, plus an over 18's bar area to ensure everyone enjoys their visit with us where we go big on sport

We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to help lead the team towards our goal of always giving exceptional customer service in relaxed and informal surroundings.

If you have experience in a quality, branded, high-volume food outlet, this position of Duty Manager may be what you are looking for to take the next step on the career ladder.

So, if you are an experienced hospitality professional from restaurants or pubs, you will understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a fantastic team.

Chestnut Tree is open from 9am every morning for breakfast, serving food until 9pm and drinks until late - therefore extensive availability is required to meet the business needs.

Role is hourly paid, every 4 weeks.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to support the General Manager, Kitchen Manager and Assistant Managers in the effective running of the business, leading, motivating and inspiring the team whilst adhering to company policies and procedures.

You will need fantastic people and social skills, previous team management experience and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience every time.
