The role:
Senior Team Leader

As our Senior Team Leader for the MRO function (internally known as Tactical Buying and Expediting), you'll be at the forefront of driving excellence within our team


You will:

Inspire and Lead: Utilise your exceptional leadership skills to motivate a team.

Performance Enhancement: Spearhead efforts to improve performance, meet company KPI targets, and enhance efficiency. Drive innovation and creativity within the team.

Strategic Vision: Provide a clear vision for improved performance, understand how to achieve it, and effectively communicate it to your team.

Customer-Centric: Ensure we deliver TB&E repair services efficiently and meet our customers' expectations regarding delivery and cost.

Collaborative Partner: Support the execution of the MRO strategy developed by our leadership team. Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement the strategy effectively.

Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, striving for common processes and methods across all customers.

KPI Mastery: Help develop, negotiate, and maintain Key Performance Indicators. Ensure targets are met and regularly reported.

Change Facilitator: Actively contribute to process improvements by communicating ideas to management and facilitating necessary data collection.

Compliance: Ensure team procedural compliance, including accurate invoicing and adherence to company expectations.

Customer Engagement: Foster productive relationships with both internal and external customers through clear and effective communication.

Coach and Mentor: Contribute to the professional development of your team, guiding them from a reactive mindset to a proactive 'Control Tower' approach.
