Full time - Permanent

£19,700 - £23,900 (depending on experience)

Profile


We are recruiting for Production operatives to work on fixed shifts on both our day and evening shift, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week with potential for overtime.

Our hours are (06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00).

Responsibilities Include:

Setting up and operation of specialised production machinery, ensuring each machine is running effectively and safely at all times

Maintaining and promoting a clean and organised work environment
Ensuring our customer orders are met to our high standards of quality
Ensuring all safety and compliance procedures are maintained accurately and consistently
Working with line managers to continuously improve processes and procedures
Assisting with maintenance of equipment and cleaning as required
Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances
Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers
