Location:
Central London

Hours: 8am to 4pm, 5 days per week (to include 1 weekend day for example Tuesday to Saturday)


Salary:
£50,000 to £55,000

Semi-formal

Other staff:
Chef, full time housekeeper, House Manager - in London. And a similar team in France


Responsibilities:


Service:
Leasing with the chef.

Serving meals and drinks to guests, setting and maintaining formal table settings, and ensuring that the household is always prepared for entertaining.

Meeting and greeting.

Wardrobe management:

Responsible for the care and maintenance of the family's clothing and accessories, including arranging for dry cleaning, mending, and ironing.

Packing and unpacking.

Maintenance:

Assist the House Manager with the maintenance and upkeep of the household, including coordinating repairs and renovations as needed.

Personal assistance:
Providing personal assistance to the household's members, including running errands, organizing schedules, and arranging travel.

Driving duties:
Occasional driving duties such as airport runs.

Travel:
You will be required to travel with the family at times. In particular in the summer to France and one or two weeks at other times during the year.


Requirements:

Experience as a butler or a yacht steward/ess with front of house duties
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
