Pod Talent are excited to be working with a global drinks business, supporting them in a Customer Service Controller role based in Basingstoke.

In this role, you will become the face of the business and collaborate closely with customers to solve any issuesalong the way and take control of the end-to-end process from order placement to delivery.


This is a great opportunity for someone who is not scared of being the meeting point between hauliers, customers and colleagues, in a dynamic environment.

What you will do:

  • Process orders and data being sure that are properly updated into the system;
  • Being the first point of contact between customers, drivers and internal stakeholders;
  • Prioritise orders giving clear instructions to the hauliers;
  • Update customers and clients with the correct ETA while solving any issues along the way.

To be successful in this role:

  • You should have at least 2 or 3 years of experience in customer service and order processing roles;
  • You should have a Problemsolving and cando mindset, and be happy with taking initiative and responsibility for your job;
  • You should be a great relationshipbuilder with great communication skills and a good eye for details.
