Brief Description:


About the Role (internal)


Administrative support for the effective delivery of all apprentice, graduate and volume campaigns, liaising with numerous key stakeholders from across the business to effectively manage smooth delivery.


As a Campaign Delivery Support, you will:

  • Work with Resourcing Business Partners, Scheme managers and internal clients to clarify and define graduate and apprentice requirements for the year ahead.
  • Prioritise workload effectively, maintaining constant and open communications with the Campaign Delivery Manager, to enable the smooth and professional delivery of Apprentice and Graduate recruitment.
  • Responsible for the allocation of assessors at assessment centres, calculating resource requirements, room capacity, facilities and venue requirements.
  • Work with HR Administrators (e.g. HRSS) to provide seamless and effective communications with internal customers and external stakeholders in the preparation and delivery of assessment centres.
  • Responsible for the creation of briefing packs and the facilitation of briefing sessions for assessors and resource running the day, ahead of assessment centres taking place
  • Collation and organisation of Meet & Engage sessions run for each campaign, tapping into specialist volunteers and key members of staff from the business.
  • Reviewing and assessing the outcomes at assessment centres and scheduling further assessment centre seats as appropriate for unfilled bids
  • Provide pro-active and specialist support on delivery, demonstrating a solution focused approach to all aspects of each apprentice and graduate campaign.

What essential skills and experiences are required?

  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Experience of working as part of a team in a clientfocused environment
  • Experience of meeting challenging deadlines in a volume orientated resourcing/recruiting environment.
  • Strong organisational/process management skills
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills esp. telephone manner
  • Experience of largescale recruitment assessment centres
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to run briefing and training sessions
  • Experience of dealing with senior managers
  • Excellent verbal communication and written skills
  • Experience of working in a demanding, target and deadline driven environment
  • An ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills

We would also like, but not essential:

  • Experience in either Graduate or Apprentice campaign delivery

We follow a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the following pay range**:Band 5; £25,00 - £28,000 Closing date: Midnight on Tuesday 28th February 2023
