At Ocado Solutions, we are responsible for our corporate international partnerships, offering the proprietary Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) as a service to retailers around the world.

About the role

The Business Process Manager will drive the design, development, continuous improvement, quality and control of key business processes and appropriate supporting documentation in order to achieve increased process related performance within the Ocado Solutions business function.

This will be delivered through establishing a working collaboration across Solution.

You will be working closely with Solutions stakeholders to understand the deliverables that are required, identify opportunity to improve quality of processes and support governance and management of processes.

About you

Involved in the delivery of quality management systems
Leading problem solving activity
Understand the approved process development methodologies, tools, techniques and systems to capture and deliver processes when sensible
Ability to challenge / improve the above if/when opportunities are evident
Be prepared to recommend deviations from the above when necessary
Provide expert guidance and support to other Solutions colleagues on process development techniques, mapping practices, continuous improvement, compliance and quality
Carry out evaluations and compliance audits to determine effectiveness and adherence
Leading problem solving activity
Facilitation of workshops, focus groups and crossfunctional working groups
Compliance / audit experience
Experience of designing and deploying processes
