Polycastle Limited are looking for an accounts assistant with some reception duties to join the team on a full-time basis.
This vacancy would suit an accounts assistant with Xero and purchase ledger experience who is looking for a varied role working at our offices in South Lowestoft.
Responsibilities:
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing Invoices for suppliers
- Inputting sales invoices
- Accounts Receivable management
- Weekly payment runs
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers
- General Administration
- Reception Duties
- Book keeping
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location:
In person
