Role Description:

We are looking for Contracted Swimming Instructors up to 16 hours a week and also Casual hours available.

Requirements of Swimming Instructor

Hold the Swim England (STA) Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification or equivalent ie STA, which would require internal training and RPL during the first 6 months
Hold the RLSS National Pool Lifeguard or NRASTC Qualification or the ability to complete within the first 3 months of employment
Flexibility with working hours (daytime, evenings and weekends are a must)

Responsibilities of Swimming Instructor

Deliver high quality sessions in accordance with the Swim England Learn to Swim/School Swimming Charter Scheme, ensuring that all customers have a great experience.
Ensure that parents/teachers are aware of children's progression through the Aquatic Pathway by the effective use of KAL's recording systems.
