Assembly Operatives

Lancing

£ per hour

This is a temp role with possibility to become permanent role to work for a fast expanding business that has double in headcount in the past 12 months due to unprecedented orders, resulting in a solid order book for the next 2- 3 years.

On offer is the opportunity to work for a business that believes in its people and invests in the staff Far from hire and fire my customer are hot on training, support, multi skilling and enhancing the workforce skill level.

Assembly Operatives may carry out tasks such as;

Electro/mechanical Assembly
Mechanical assembly of parts, kit & components
Following detailed assembly specifications, written instructions and engineering diagrams
Experience in wiring/soldering/crimping is a plus point but not mandatory skills.
