Delivery Consultant / Account Manager

Technology into Finance

£35,000 - £45,000


An exciting and dynamic embedded talent business recruiting technology specialists into the finance industry are looking for an experienced tech recruiter to look after one of their major accounts, a well known global financial institution.


The role will comprise of stratergising with the hiring managers within the business and sourcing the best talent in the market for the roles available, which will be varying in seniority meaning your day will always be different from the last.


A business classed as a "start-up" but with the experience within that will give you the opportunity to grow and be successful without the restraints and restrictions of a big corporate business.

The business itself was set up with the idea of changing howthe recruitment industry works and puts a spin on retained work.

What are they looking for?

  • 2 years+ experience in a tech recruitment
  • A desire to account manage and strengthen a continuous relationship with a major client
  • Proof of results in delivering on key positions within an organisation.
  • A think outside the box mentality continually wanting to improve results and creating ways to do so
  • A desire to be part of a smaller organisation and buy into the way they work
  • A team player in crucial in such a role
