Our client is looking for a Marketing Co Ordinator to join their team in Malvern. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to join an industry leading and award-winning company.

As a Marketing Co Ordinator you will be;

Finding, booking, preparing and arranging events:

Create event guides, tickets, pamphlets and any other promotional activities:

Assist in managing event staff, as well as guest speakers:

Attend events to oversee activities and ensure details are handled:

Address any issues that may arise within the marketing department:

Work with and give guidance to volunteers and staff involved in event planning and execution:

Negotiate and monitor contract vendors e.g.

caterers, photographers and transport services:

E-commerce maintenance:

General office duties
