Nigel Wright Recruitment has been appointed exclusively to support a large global manufacturing business with their search for a B2B International Marketing Manager.

The International Marketing Manager will be based in the North East of England.

The rolehas flexibility for remote / hybrid working, ideally with some weekly time spent in the UK head office in Tyne & Wear.


Role

The International Marketing Manager will operate as the marketing lead for the UK and US markets, coordinating and implementing all in-country marketing activities.


Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Implementing global marketing strategies into the UK and US markets and adjusting according to local market nuances and conditions.
  • Leading on country market intelligence reporting, both upline and on a matrix basis to the commercial market leadership team (market research, performance trend analysis, customer insights, competitor analysis).
  • Identifying and communicating new market opportunities for the UK and US territories.
  • Owning tactical responsibility for local websites and social media channels.
  • Leading on the organisation of trade shows and exhibitions across both territories.
  • Working closely as a business partner to the relevant country sales and product management functions.

Experience:


  • Marketing communications specialist.
  • Preferably B2B experience, but not essential.
  • The ability to set up multichannel campaigns.
  • Strong skills in managing the ongoing development of targeted marketing collateral.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Competence in digital / website / social media marketing.
  • Experience of market research and the interpretation of market and performance data and trends.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in project driven environments.
