Location:
Office based.


Sales Advisor -

Main purpose of the role:
Creating and managing a sales pipeline.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • To make outbound sales calls via our automated dialling system, working on prespecified campaigns.
  • To generate inbound and outbound sales effectively in line with targets set and to industry leading standards.
  • Qualifying leads for survey based on predetermined criteria, including obtaining and collating all qualifying documentation.
  • Maintain and manage good communication to your pipeline of sales.
  • Provide outstanding customer service.
  • Work towards and achieve agreed individual and team performance objectives, contributing to the overall company objectives.
  • To manage sensitive data in line with our Data Protection Policy and maintain customer records to ensure our data integrity.

Requirements:


  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales and/or contact centre experience.
  • A driven mind set with strong sales skills and a love for hitting targets.
  • Enthusiasm for the role.
  • Have strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage own time and workload.
  • Great positive attitude.


  • Computer literacy

  • MS Office, Google Docs.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good problemsolving skills able to analyse problems and make sound decisions.
  • Experience using a CRM.
  • Track record of achieving goals.

Desirable

  • Experience of working within the ECO Industry.
