The Estates Intelligence model and our 6 A methodology - Aggregation, Automation, Asset Management, Assurance, Audit, and Analytics, empower the strategic management of estates and facilities services, representing an advancing model in the FM market.
As part of the continual expansion of its Estates Intelligence, KBR is actively looking to grow its team to manage ongoing and upcoming public sector Estates Intelligence contracts.
About the Role
The Performance, Governance and Social Value Lead monitors and reports contract performance, ensuring that quality and governance are key aspects of delivery, offering clear assurance in line with contract specifications and key performance indicators.
They oversee outcomes, ensuring identification and documentation of best practices, areas for enhancement, and lessons learned.
Moreover, they support the Account Director in engaging stakeholders, such as client members, FM partners, and internal KBR stakeholders.
They spearhead social value engagement and implementation throughout the contract, collaborating with SV peers within Estates Intelligence and broader KBR to create a standardized and enriched social value proposition.
