Our client is an award-winning, independent estate agency based in Dartford.

They're looking for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their busy office. The ideal applicant will be target driven with previous experience in listing properties.

Working hours:

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you'll be required to work 5 days a week. This will include some Saturdays with a day off in the week.

The successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

To be considered for the Sales and Lettings Negotiator role you must have the following:

Ability to work well in a team and use initiative
At least 2 years of experience
Highly motivated and target driven
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A desire to progress within an awardwinning company
Full UK driver's license and own car
Great customer service
Knowledge of Dartford

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve the following:

Negotiating sales and lets
Generating new business
Arrange and attend viewings
Matching requirements & arranging viewings
Listing properties
Negotiating offers
Property inspections
Tenant checkins/ checkouts
