We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Salesforce Data Management Apprentice. In this role, you will be responsible for cleansing and maintaining contact data within our Salesforce platform.

This is a hands-on position that provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the dynamic field of commercial real estate.


In this role you will get an opportunity to closely with our Salesforce team, our Business Development and client engagement team and Marketing team.


Job Description:


Key Responsibilities

  • Data Cleansing and Validation: Identify and rectify inaccuracies, duplicates, and inconsistencies in client contact data. Perform data validation to ensure the accuracy and completeness of contact information.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Enter new contact information into Salesforce with a high level of accuracy. Regularly update existing contact records to reflect the latest information.
  • Contact Data lists: Under guidance, assist creating custom lists for marketing purposes, in line with any preferences selected by our client contacts.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the client engagement, digital and marketing teams to understand data management requirements. Communicate effectively with team members to gather and verify contact information.
  • Documentation: Document data cleansing processes and best practices for future reference. Maintain records of changes made to contact data within Salesforce.
  • User Training and Support: Provide basic training to Salesforce users on data entry best practices. Offer support to users encountering issues with contact data.
  • Data Governance and Compliance: Learn and adhere to data governance policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Reporting Assistance: Assist in generating basic reports on contact data quality and completeness.
  • Qualifications: A Levels or equivalent; additional education or coursework in data management is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce or willingness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities in the realm of Salesforce data management.

Qualifications:


  • The apprenticeship scheme is open to individuals with Alevels, who have chosen not to pursue a degree.
