I am pleased to be supporting a long-standing client in a new appointment of a Project Architect for their successful and well-established team.

My client is RIBA Chartered, and their projects range from large private houses, sensitive housing schemes andchildren's hospices alongside several other building types.

To be successful, it would be essential to have substantial High-End Residential experience and be AutoCAD literate. You should have previous job running experience and be confident managing a small team through all RIBA stages.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

  • ARB registered and several years post Part
  • Ideally job running exposure, or previous experience supporting heavily.
  • Excellent AutoCAD skills would be essential.
  • High End Residential experience would be essential for this position.
  • Boast good design flare and technical abilities.
  • Strong communication and verbal skills.
  • Good time keeping abilities whilst maintaining a high level of work.
  • Based within a commutable distance from North Leeds.
  • Confident leading a small team through all RIBA stages.
  • Happy working both individually and as part of a team.
