About the company and role:


My client is a RIBA Chartered and award-winning practice based in central Colchester who now require a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team At present, the past and current workload consists across the Residential.

Education, Commercial, Retail,and Industrial sectors. For this role, previous experience in Revit, Microstation, Sketchup and Adobe would be preferred, but training can be provided

Skills & Experience required for this role:

  • Previous sector exposure across the Commercial and Residential sectors.
  • You should boast a good technical understanding and ideally have worked across RIBA stages 1
  • You will be required to work on the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications.
  • Fantastic communication skills both verbally and written.
  • The initiative to work to a high standard both as a team and individually.
