HDR's London Office is in search of a
Design Coordinator to join our growing practice and word-class health expertise.

Primary Responsibilities
In the role of
Design Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

  • Independently perform architectural assignments with only general instruction from the Project Architect or Project Manager regarding the expected results.
  • Assist Project Architects, other Architectural Project Coordinators or Technicians as needed, and take responsibility for work in all phases of the architectural process.
  • Collaborate with all design professionals to understand the project requirements and goals
  • Coordinate all external and internal design consultants during the design process
  • Good understanding of UK building regulations and standards
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process
  • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Enscape
  • Rhino and Grasshopper experience
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employeeowned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Architecture
  • Desire to pursue growth opportunities and obtain registration
  • Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED desired but not required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project
