up to £23,029.50 FTE (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Patient Liaison Officer to join their team of staff in the Marketing department.

This is a part time role for 17 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern, Tuesday to Friday.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Proven influencing/sales skills
  • Numeric
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Sales Experience preferred.

Duties of this role include:


  • To convert appropriate selfpay enquiries and consultations to selfpay procedures within CHG against preagreed targets
  • To ensure a quality service for potential selfpay patients including the accurate and timely response to selfpay enquiries from patients, consultants, medical secretaries and the National Enquiry Centre (NEC)
  • To facilitate necessary access times and information required for patients to convert to procedure
  • To appropriately influence patients to choose CHG for their procedure
