Our global client is a provider of precision instruments and services for professional use of Product Inspection Systems for Food and Pharma Manufacturers is offering a unique opportunity for a Field Service Technician to learn and quickly become an expertin a range of high-tech instruments for fault diagnosis, repair, routine servicing, certification and installation to customers across the region.

This is a fantastic and interesting opportunity and comes with innovative training for someone who is performing a similar role PI products within the sector.

This position requires you to be mobile across the Midlands region.

Responsibilities:

Proactive and reactive service work, including installation, commissioning and certification
Complete all service activities effectively and efficiently to satisfy customers and enhance service profitability
Routine performance verification/preventative maintenance
Installation and commissioning of new equipment
Rectification of breakdown
Promoting audits/calibrations/validation activity for PI and cross division products
Attend all required training provided
Actively demonstrate support to other areas/departments where necessary

What You Need to Succeed

Experience of Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical engineering
Experience working within a customer facing service environment
