We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team on both full-time and part-time, long-term, and day-to-day positions at a secondary school located in Toxteth, Liverpool.

Responsibilities:

Supervising preplanned lessons during the shortterm absence of teachers.
Managing the classroom environment to ensure a constructive and positive learning atmosphere.
Delivering preprepared lesson materials, ensuring students remain focused and engaged.
Encouraging student participation and maintaining discipline.
Upholding the school's policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students.
Strong organizational skills and the capacity to follow lesson plans effectively.
Previous experience working in a school setting would be advantageous but not mandatory.
A passion for education and a commitment to the progress and welfare of students.
