Accounts Payable Assistantto join a well-known large firm in Staines. This Job is a Temp to Perm ( for the right person ) with An extensive benefits package.
Private Medical Hybrid working - 2 days in the office ( can do more if you like) 3 days from home ,Life Assurance x4salary ,Portal for staff perks - free parking and more

What will I be doing?

  • Matching and Batching/ AP runs/ multicurrency
  • Processing invoices, refunds/ credit notes
  • Bank reconciliation/ Suppler/ statements
  • Any other duties requested by financial manager
About yourself

  • Ideally 23 years of AP experience
  • Have some interest in accounts assistant work / Support
  • Intermediate Excel skills ( V look, H lookup Et al)
  • Stakeholder management
  • Immediate start
