A full driving licence is essential

Salary:
£15.00 per hour PAYE only.

Shifts:
Working shifts around 4-8 hours per day, 5 days per week up to 36 hours per week. Requirement for flexibility to cover out of hours emergencies and attend alternative sites as needed.

Temporary contract until at least end of February.

We are recruiting for a Facilities Manager to work with a local housing group in Tamworth.

Experience in Facilities Management is essential. You will be a key-holder for the site and ensure security of the communal areas and facilities.

Allowing access to the building for residents, contractors and visitors as well as meeting contractors on siteto facilitate repairs, planned maintenance and servings of facilities and plant equipment.

You will need to have basic IT knowledge to use Microsoft Office tools and in house systems. A basic DBS check is required for the role and can be obtained prior to starting.
