Complete Detection Systems are currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Controller with a view to take on a Credit Manager role in the near future.

This opportunity will lend itself well to a credit professional who has worked in a similar role and looking for progression.


The Role


As part of a growing business you will be collaborating with department heads and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure maximum amount of debt is recovered and the relevant controls are in place with customer on boarding, credit limits and aged debt reports.


  • Lead a small team with targets and operational goals in the near future
  • Manage staff growth and performance
  • Implement new processes as and when required
  • Able to liaise with group
  • Produce aged debt reports in board packs for CFO to present to board
  • Deal with complex query management
  • Delivering on KPI's and SLA's

Your Profile


As an integral member of the finance team you will be able to demonstrate previous credit experience along with significant achievements.

You must be a natural leader that wants to grow and develop people but be hands on to collect debt and improve existing processes.


The Package
Salary will be £35,000 - £38,000 DOE plus excellent company benefits


Salary:
£35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
