Primary School Teaching Assistant
A Primary School in Cheltenham is currently looking for a Teaching Assistant for their team.
The role will be roughly 30 hours per week and this will be across Monday to Friday, with a lunch break in between.
This role is needed immediately, with the likelihood that this will then continue through to September.The role will be based within a Reception class and is not a 1:1 role, it is more of a general TA role where you will support the Class Teacher to ensure students are given the help they need throughout lessons.
What will you need to do on a daily basis?
- Show passion and skill for interacting and developing learning through play within a safe and inviting environment
- Support relational practice and strive to develop respectful relationships with all stakeholders.
- Display an astute ability to adapt to the needs of all pupils.
- Be compassionate and consistent with pupils to enable them to regulate and access their education successfully.
- Show creative ideas to contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging learning and environments within our bespoke EARLY curriculum
