Primary School Teaching Assistant
A Primary School in Cheltenham is currently looking for a Teaching Assistant for their team.

The role will be roughly 30 hours per week and this will be across Monday to Friday, with a lunch break in between.

This role is needed immediately, with the likelihood that this will then continue through to September.

The role will be based within a Reception class and is not a 1:1 role, it is more of a general TA role where you will support the Class Teacher to ensure students are given the help they need throughout lessons.

What will you need to do on a daily basis?

Show passion and skill for interacting and developing learning through play within a safe and inviting environment
Support relational practice and strive to develop respectful relationships with all stakeholders.
Display an astute ability to adapt to the needs of all pupils.
Be compassionate and consistent with pupils to enable them to regulate and access their education successfully.
Show creative ideas to contribute to the planning and delivery of engaging learning and environments within our bespoke EARLY curriculum
