Eleadacare is a leading domiciliary care agency based in Harrow.

We are currently looking to recruit a Field Care Supervisor to join our growing team to cover the following areas:


Southall, Northolt, Greenford, Perivale, Hanwell, Ealing, Acton, and Uxbridge.

What we are looking for:


  • Minimum of 6 months Experience of being a Field Care Supervisor
  • Experience writing care plans
  • Experience in Domiciliary Care

Duties include:


  • Being a part of an oncall rota
  • To cover care calls if/when needed at a short minute notice
  • Creating and updating Care Plans and risk assessments
  • Maintenance of quality procedures
  • Supporting Care Assistants and clients to ensure the highest quality service is provided
  • Spot checks and observations of staff
  • Accurate completion and maintenance of records


We will expect our Field Care Supervisors to be great team workers who have a professional manner and willingness to provide care.


  • QCF Level 3 Required or be willing to get trained.

£12.00-£15.00 per hour
