Clifton Gray is working with a well-established property firm in Runcorn who have an exceptional reputation in the market.

A rare opportunity to join this successful team as an Accounts Administrator within the Commercial Property team has become available.


This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with previous experience working within an accounts department who is looking for the next step in their career and would like to specialise within property.

Being part of this "family feel" type of team youwill be given the opportunity to expand your accounts knowledge within this thriving sector, and become an integral part of the office.

Working closely with the Directors and Surveyors in the team, duties within the role will include,

  • Using specific property technology and software to check and verify rate bills
  • Liaising with councils and clients to resolve queries where rates bills were not approved
  • Assisting the team of surveyors with general support
  • Chasing and reconciling refunds
  • Generating and updating bespoke client reports
  • Carrying out audits


Previous property experience is not required as full training can be provided on the specific internal systems and property knowledge, but you will need previous experience as a general accounts assistant/administrator.

A good knowledge of excel is alsoessential for this role along with a keen interest in systems.


Salary:
Up to £24,000 p.a
