Description

We make communities more resilient through
system thinking and
smarter
water
management.

Our multiple award winning Asset Management Team has a significant track record of successful delivery across the Water and Infrastructure sectors.

We support our Clients to help them drive performance and realise financial and social value from their assets.

We do this by working with clients in a collaborative environment to provide strategic, resilient, sustainable, and innovative solutions to their performance issues.

We work with client teams and stakeholders to unlock hidden data and provide insight into the performance of their asset base, helping them to work more effectively and make systems based, informed and timely decisions.

As a result of our continued success in supporting many of the UK's main utility providers, and our clients overseas, we are looking to recruit a Senior Consultant, or Consultant, to join our Leakage and Smart Networks team.

In this role you will deliver projects for clients relating to leakage strategy, leakage management and smart network digital technology.

You will use your knowledge of water networks and leakage to help deliver regulatory, network optimisation and environmental benefits for our clients.

Our teams are currently involved in exciting projects relating to digital technology - such as the creation of digital twins and the delivery of technology like Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) which can support carbon neutrality and lead to environmental and social benefits.

Stantec will remain at the forefront of these initiatives and as a Consultant within our team you will play a part in their development and delivery to clients.

If you are looking for a chance to drive your career forward within a highly supportive organisation, delivering exceptional solutions for Clients then we want to hear from you.

This role can be based from any of our Stantec offices - with hybrid working allowing for a mix of home and in-office working.

About you:

You will have experience within the water sector, or potentially within other utilities such as electricity or gas, and have demonstrable knowledge of asset management, leakage, water networks and related disciplines.

Your leakage and water network knowledge may cover some of the following activities: leakage technology, smart networks, demand management, water efficiency, leakage targeting, leakage detection and repair.

Any experience of developing digital twins, SAAS systems or digital programming would be of interest, but not essential for this role.

You will be an excellent communicator comfortable working collaboratively to deliver projects and develop strategies that will deliver value for our clients.
