This fantastic business have experienced massive growth within the last year, and they are looking for an organised, process driven, team player, to join the team in this fast-paced environment and provide support to service engineers nationally

This is a Monday - Friday position, hours are 08:30-17:00 (weekends off)


Duties of the Scheduler:

  • Managing the diaries of Engineers nationwide
  • Scheduling calls for Service Engineers
  • Leasing with the service desk, and admin team
  • Assisting in preplanning installations and arranging boiler inspections
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients
  • Providing general support to colleagues and proactively engage with other teams in the business

Previous experience for the Service Coordinator:

  • At least 1 years experience in scheduling/coordinating
  • At least 1 years experience in admin/administration
  • Previous customer service experience is desired
  • An organised and proactive team player
